Falling In Love with Fall!!!

We've had a couple crazy months settling into our fall routines!  We've enjoyed seeing the leaves turn beautiful colors and litter our lives with fantastic decorations.  We've enjoyed having lovely fires after dinner with snuggling, treats, and sometimes tents!  We've enjoyed sharing this season with friends!  Jake has loved sharing holidays at school, with his brother and the whooooooo ghosts that live outside across the street at the neighbors house! We've been busy! Hope you all have been falling in love with Fall as much as we have!  Time to hunker in for winter!  Big Hugs until then! Enjoy the photos! WCB

Halloween Night! We just stayed local and took a nice walk down our street.  Some of the neighbors were waiting with special treats just for Jake and Kai, makes them feel special!  We saw lots of funny teenagers and some cute kids.  My fav, see upper right corner, the Kirkland version of the Swine Flu Pumpkin throwing up his innerds! Jake talked about it for days!!
FLowers! Pizza! Just a dolphin! AHHH! A Landshark!!!!
Don't tell my mom I snagged this sucker!

The boys sitting outside a "Haunted House" with spiders and webs and pumpkins OH MY!

The boys at the fourth annual peps group (baby/mommy group I joined when Jake was a newborn) Halloween party! Pretty cool! We are all on round two kids some way or another!

More pals! Aidan and Malia came over to play!
Our first field trip! Jake's class went to the 24 Acres Farm in Woodenville about 5 minutes from our house to enjoy some pumpkin patch time! It was muddy but we lucked out with a rain free visit!

PIcking out the PERFECT pumpkin. Let's just say it took awhile!

Digging for worm eggs.  Yup. That's what I said, worm eggs!!! As if I didn't have enough to gross me out in a day!
Corn maze
Petting farm. A chicken, a lama, a goat, and a slug. Yup! The giant slug that just happened to stroll on in was the big hit with the 3 year old boys!
Settling in for a story about the farm.
Jake SO excited to be with his classmates outside the classroom!

Eric took Jake to his first pro football game to see his hometown Seahawks WIN!!!
Jake had to wear ear buds cuz it was SO loud. Thanks Uncle Scott!!!
Let's just say he REALLY enjoyed himself and made it through the whole game (which was of course in place of his naptime)!!
